Changing Bad Habits Made Easy


Changing bad habits takes two weeks. Exactly the same amount of time as it takes to form a new good habit.

That is not too long, is it? Imagine that in two weeks you could be free of some of your bad habits. Isn’t that fantastic? You just have to have enough motivation, faith, discipline and self-love. And also really really want to find a way to . . . changing bad habits.

Just write down some of your bad habits and also the good habits you want the bad habits to be replaced with. Be as detailed as you can. For example, if you want to be drinking more water and less coffee, write down how much coffee and water you drink now and how much you want to be drinking every day for next 2 weeks.

You are probably very well aware of some of your bad habits, but here are some that sometimes escape the conscious mind . . .

If you are eating the best organic food, but you eat it in a hurry, without following the Healthy Eating Habits,the final effect of this wonderful food is poison, not medicine.

If you try to always do your best and constantly criticize yourself for not being perfect, you get the same result - poison. You don’t always know on the conscious level that you are poisoning yourself, but your inner Self, she knows. That is why meditation, Alternate Nostril Breathing, Yoga Poses, quieting the mind any way that works for you, are so vital on the way to optimal holistic health.

If you don’t even know where to start since you have lots of bad habits, just start following some of the Ayurvedic Daily Routines.

Don’t try to follow all of them.

Just choose a couple that you think won’t be too difficult to implement or the ones that seem fun. Slowly incorporate new Ayurvedic Daily Routines, as the first ones become easy and second nature.

Remember, the tortoise wins the race! It’s not about changing everything fast and then going fast to your old bad habits.

Incorporate changes slowly, steadily, consciously and give yourself at least 2 weeks before you start incorporating another new daily routine.
